BDC COORDINATOR / APPOINTMENT SETTER

About the Opportunity 

We are looking for friendly and professional individuals to join our team. If you are motivated to work in a fast-paced, call-center environment and enjoy interacting with customers, apply now for one of the largest automotive retail dealer groups in the country growing in south Florida! The Call Center Representative is responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via phone, email, text or chat systems as assigned. Candidates must have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast paced, high volume environment. Automotive industry experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing to work weekend and evening hours.

Requirements

Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience a Must

CRM experience with either Vin Solutions, Dealer Socket, Compass, Salesforce or similar.

Bi-lingual is always a plus, but not required!

Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful

Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships

Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Great Communication Skills

Able to multi-task

Team Player
